Return and Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation:
– If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund the full amount back to your original payment method.
– After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as we start processing orders promptly. However, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

2.Returns:
– We understand that sometimes plants may not meet your expectations. If you receive a damaged or incorrect plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– To initiate a return, please provide us with clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect plant, along with your order details.
– Our customer service team will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions for returning the plant or arranging for a replacement.
– Please note that returns are subject to our discretion and may require the plant to be returned in its original packaging.

3. Refunds:
– Once we receive the returned plant and verify the condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
– Refunds will be issued for the cost of the plant and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
